  • Bruno Baranda Ferrán

    Chilean lawyer, Partner of BARANDA Abogados, whose professional practice is focused on labor, corporate and company affairs.

    He was formerly Chile’s Minister of Social Development (2013-2014) and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (2010-2013).

    He graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where he earned his degree in Law. As part of his professional development, he has participated in several specialization courses on topics related to his areas of professional practice such as international relationships (Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile) and Corporate Compliance (Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, UAI).

  • Giampaolo Zecchetto Guasp

    Chilean lawyer, Partner of BARANDA Abogados and currently leading the firm’s Labor Area. His professional practice covers labor related issues, social security, labor litigation matters and corporate affairs.

    He graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where he earned his degree in Law. As part of his professional development, he has participated in several specialization courses such as Labor Law Reforms (Alberto Hurtado University); Labor Law and Social Security Reforms (University of Chile); Labor Justice (given by the Alberto Hurtado University and the Judicial Academy of Chile); and Corporate Compliance (Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, UAI), among others.

  • Daniela Echeverría Pantoja

    Chilean lawyer currently leading the Corporate Area of BARANDA Abogados. Throughout her professional practice she has specialized in corporate, commercial and company matters.

As part of her professional development, she has participated in several specialization courses in Real Estate Law (SEK International University); Business Law (Diego Portales University); and Application of the Consumer Protection Law (Universidad del Desarrollo, UDD).

  • María Teresa Quintana Abbate

    Chilean lawyer who throughout her professional career has specialized in labor related areas including social security, as well as labor litigation.

    She graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where she earned her degree in Law. As part of her academic experience, she worked as assistant professor at the Labor Law and Social Security Department, Law School of University of Chile (2003-2007). She has postgraduate studies in Labor Law, Social Security and Labor Procedural Reform (University of Chile) and updating courses in company taxation and oral litigation (University of Chile).

  • Carolina Gajardo Razeto

    Chilean lawyer currently leading the International Area of BARANDA Abogados. Her professional practice is focused on corporate, commercial and company matters.

    She graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where she earned her degree in Law. Throughout her professional career, she has participated in various continuing education courses such as Corporate Compliance (Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, UAI) and Consumer Protection Law (Universidad del Desarrollo, UDD), among others. In 2005 she was awarded a Master’s degree in law (LL.M) by the Law School of the Wisconsin University, United States.

    Before joining BARANDA Abogados, she worked at Hawqs, Quindel, Ehlke& Perry, S.C. in Wisconsin, United States (2005-2007).

  • María Jesús Santos Rodríguez

    Chilean lawyer who throughout her professional career has specialized in litigious matters and currently forms part of the firm’s Area of Litigation. Her professional practice is focused on civil and commercial trials, arbitration, consumer protection, cases brought before local police courts and criminal matters.

    She graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where she earned her degree in Law. Among other postgraduate studies, she is holder of Diplomas in Medical Civil Liability and Health Law (Diego Portales University) and in Consumer Protection Law (Universidad del Desarrollo, UDD).

  • Gastón Carrió Holger

    Chilean lawyer currently leading the Immigration Area of BARANDA Abogados. As part of his professional development, he has specialized in immigration affairs, foreign citizens’ personal taxation and social security matters; labor and social security affairs; and corporate matters.

    He graduated from Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile) where he earned his degree in Law.

    Before joining BARANDA Abogados, he worked at the Human Capital Department of the legal and taxing division of Ernst & Young where he gained a noticeable experience in the areas of his specialization, mainly providing services to foreign personnel and expatriates form different foreign companies.

  • Cristóbal Hernán Schmidt Fuenzalida

As part of his professional development, he has participated in various training courses, such as Labor Law, Labor Reform, and Strategic Litigation (Diego Portales University), among others.

  • Doorgal João Lucindo Tamm De Andrada

    Brazilian lawyer with a professional practice focused on international, immigration and commercial affairs.

     

    He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Centro Universitário de Brasília – UNICEUB, 2016 (Brasilia, Brazil). His Brazilian professional degree is registered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile according to the requirements and procedures for academic degrees obtained abroad.

     

    He is registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (Orden de los Abogados de Brasil [AOB/DF]) since 2016.

     

    He is currently taking a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law at the Universidad de Los Andes.
